We are introducing a maintenance plan to accommodate your irrigation system. This plan will cover your system all year.  Some of the things that we will do as part of the maintenance plan for your system are:

• Winterization on your system. This will be scheduled at your convenience. Details include:  checking for leaks, broken sprayers, repairs will be made if needed and then it will be winterized. When winterized, the system will be guaranteed until spring against a freeze.
• Spring start-up and audit of your system.  We will do a walk through and give you an optional list of things that will help to improve the efficiency of your system.  Then the controller will be set to your specifications.
•  Mid-season check of your system.  This will be done to verify that your system is running effectively. We will fix and adjust anything that needs attention. This will be done during the months of late June and July.

What’s in it for you?

There are many advantages of having a maintenance plan:

• 10% discount on parts and service. This is good for the older systems as well as the new.
• Catch problems before they cost you money. Anything mechanical will fail from time to time. With a maintenance plan it can sometimes be caught early before the flood comes. If the problem is caught during a scheduled visit, the only thing you will be responsible for is the cost of the part. Otherwise a 10% discounted part and hourly rate will be awarded on a service call between visits.
• Your low voltage lighting is also covered under the plan.
• Repairs are covered under warranty for one year instead of 90 days.
• Systems that use pumps are covered at no extra cost.
• You will be given priority over people who are new customers or people who do not take the plan.
• Peace of mind. Just one less thing to worry about.

The cost:

• The cost is $50.00 per zone.  This is a onetime fee paid in the fall and covers your system for the whole year.  Just multiply the number of zones you have by $50.00.
